2. Booking and Scheduling

3. Pricing and Payment

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments under the following conditions:

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance incur no fees.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Service Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our work:

Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will address the issue promptly, either by re-performing the service or offering a refund.

Our guarantee does not cover damages resulting from:

Natural disasters
Unauthorized alterations by third parties
Neglect or improper maintenance by the client

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide clear access to the property.
Ensure that all pets are secured during service hours.
Inform us of any existing issues with the hedges or property that may affect service delivery.

7. Liability

Hedge Trimming Colindale shall not be liable for any:

Accidental damage to property that is not a direct result of our negligence.
Injuries sustained by the client or their guests during service.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions.

In the event of damage caused directly by our negligence, we will take appropriate steps to rectify the situation.

8. Subcontracting

We may engage subcontractors to perform certain aspects of our services. All subcontractors are bound by the same terms and conditions outlined herein.
